We also provide highly specialized research, training, and technical support services to governmental, and non-governmental entities and communities in monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, innovation & technology, and institutional and socio-economic capacity development. We believe that the collection, reporting and dissemination of quality information openly and transparently manner, is necessary to strengthen technical and financial operations, resulting in the attainment of program and national development goals and objectives.
GIS for Sustainable Climate Change Action & Adaptation
We leverage data and GIS to spatially view variables that affect crop yields, erosion and drought risk, and crop scouting with an objective of identifying problem areas in agricultural fields using NIR (near-infrared) satellite imagery analysis to provide Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) Field Health Report. Through using spatial data, we are able to assess the potential risks of climate change on various geospatial features such as infrastructure, water resources, and natural ecosystems thus helping in climate adaptation through developing strategies to minimize the impacts.
Data, Information & Knowledge Management Systems
Data management systems are central part of research and development operations in ensuring that organizations are able to properly collect, store, analyze and visualize programming data, turning it into meaningful insights. The systems enable clients to avoid data quality loss and track projects progress more efficiently through facilitating early detection of potential issues and allowing collection and storage of robust evidence. Knowledge management systems enable organizations to create, capture, code, store, share, distribute and effectively use acquired practical and organizational knowledge effectively to improve the quality of programming and future responses through documenting case studies, most significant change stories, community and global level impact.
