The data collection exercise identified and recruited local enumerators and prior to undertaking data collection, the enumerators were trained and translations were done jointly to ensure uniformity while asking the questions. Upon completion of the training, the evaluation team conducted roll-play amongst themselves in order to pre-test the survey tools for consistency and flow which informed final revisions on the survey tools. Data collection was conducted for 10 days.
